The first clock pot I received was broken. The representative who helped me, took care of everything, and sent me a replacement very quickly. The second crockpot was an excellent condition. I am very pleased with everything.

The liner does not fit in the outside container properly and the glass lit does not give a sealed fit and you have to keep moving lid as it does not fit properly either to get a somewhat acceptable seal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are so sorry that you are not completely satisfied with our product. Slow cooker inserts all fit slightly different because of the somewhat manual production process. The curved sidewall of the stoneware will always move at least a little when placed in the cooking base. A lid should cover most of the insert yet will not form a vacuum seal for safety purposes. The design makes me smile every time I use it .Stitch with his chef hat surrounded by little veggies and ice cream cones is just too adorable! It brightens up my kitchen and always gets compliments.It heats evenly, cooks my soups and stews perfectly, and the size is great for small family meals. The removable pot makes cleanup super easy too. Whether I’m making chili, chicken tacos, or a cozy fall soup, this slow cooker gets the job done and looks cute doing it.If you’re a Disney or Stitch fan (or just love fun kitchen gadgets), this is a must have .
