Recommend using one number less on the dial than what is suggested in the instructions. Pleasantly surprised that the unit can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

Great For Cooking For Guests!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was chosen as a replacement for my older griddle that had lasted over a decade. While I cannot speak for how long this may last as I've only had it a few weeks, I can say that I was pleasantly surprised when this Toastmaster 10" x 20" Griddle lived up to my expectations from the very first use. It has a nice, large surface that allows you to cook either multiple things at once or a much larger amount of one particular thing that you definitely couldn't do with just a frying pan. This makes it exceptionally great when you have guests over and need to cook larger amounts at once - or, if you're like me, it's great to use to cook everything for your family's breakfast at once with just one thing to clean up afterward. Everything is cooked evenly on the surface of the griddle, and the drip tray catches anything that may run off while you're cooking - most importantly, any grease from the foods. Clean-up is a breeze after, just wipe off the excess and quickly wash off with soap and water. This product is a staple for my kitchen, and I cannot recommend it enough.

Toastmaster Electric Griddle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a single person, this griddle is a really nice addition. There is plenty of room to cook all my items at once. I think my favorite feature is the drip tray that is completely removable for cleaning. Also, it's really light so it makes for easy storage.
With it being new, the heating element took some time to even out. But everything is cooking fine now. I recommend that you do a test run to get used to it before putting all your items on there at once. I learned that from a couple half-blackened pancakes.
Otherwise, it's a nice piece and I like using it.

Great griddle

Mine fell off of a shelf and broke and then I was given the opportunity to test this one and I love it so much more. It has smoother, more rounded edges (my last ones were sharp) and cooks more evenly. I am very satisfied with this griddle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good! Seems easy to clean and cooks evenly. We've used this to cook eggs and pancakes and everything seems to cook evenly so far. Cleaning any kind of pan is always kind of a pain due to size but this wasn't too bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toastmasters is great. I love the durable nonstick coating which makes it easy to clean and cook. I like that I can remove the temperature probe and that it has six temperature settings. I enjoy the that it has a detachable easy clean drip tray and I can clean it in a jiffy. My kids enjoy making pancakes in the toastmasters and is spacious enough that you can make pancakes and egg in each side.
