I like the product & the process of buying it & receiving it were superb.
The only problem I experienced was when I unpacked the air purifier there was a tiny crack close to the power button. I needed the product quickly so didn't bother to notify you. It apparently doesn't effect it's performance.

This is our third Air Oasis for our large house. I have found that the areas that they are used in I have to dust much less frequently . Plus it takes care of the little smoke that occasionally escapes from our wood burner .
