Purchase, don't think twice.
The battery life is great with a quick charge and they changed the placement of the power button. The old placement on the top used to turn off by accident while using. I use for my heated pants while snowmobiling to keep me warm on really cold days. The only negative is that the battery is heavy which I guess can't be avoided. I would recommend.
