Failed after 3 hours

I bought this hub thinking that it would be as amazing as other startech products, which it should've been for the price.
The HDMI out started flickering incessantly after about 3 hours.

We are sorry to hear that you experienced difficulty with DKT30CHSDPD1. This is not expected behavior for our dock. The DKT30CHSDPD1 includes a 3 year warranty. We will be reaching out to perform some troubleshooting and, if deemed defective and within warranty, help facilitate a replacement.

Best 100W dock sub$100 hub!

I bought my first one in January 2022 and everything works as described. I had to download drivers for Win10 so network would not drop off during heavy traffic. Even with 96W USB-C power plugged in to power my laptop, temperature of this device is warm enough to hold and touch but not burning hot as 3 other hubs I've tested and returned.
After 8 months, I'm so happy with this hub I got a 2nd one for my work office laptop on Win11. Working flawlessly!
Love to see a new version using TB4 or USB4 support with dual USB-A or C 3.2 gen 2 (10gbps), 2.5GB network port, dual HDMI 2.0B and full SD Card slot. That would compliment new TB4 laptops like mine really well. Keep up the great designs!
