[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I may have unrealistic expectations - this cable is likely to be more than adequate for most people and purposes. I connected a T495 laptop to a USB-C Dock Gen 2 with this cable; the dock has almost all of its ports in use: Ethernet, 3 displays (on the HDMI, one of the DP, and one of the USB ports), keyboard, trackball, external DVD burner, and a utility connection for charging a tablet. This longer cable allows me to position the laptop in the corner where it's out of the way. But ... the Ethernet connection is intermittent - the signal will drop for 10-30 seconds every 5 minutes or so and then come back. I'll try it again after replacing the USB-display connection with another Display Port cable, and maybe routing the Ethernet directly from the cable router to the laptop instead of to the dock. If that works, I'd give this 4 stars...
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got it on time. I needed this cable -longer of the one that came with the device- to setup my desk with the laptop somehow far from the docking station. IT works perfect!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this 2m USB-C cable to charge my USB devices and also use with my Lenovo M14 Portable monitor as the cable that came with that was only 1m long. Fast delivery.
It's long enough and it works, but that's about it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a longer cord to connect my laptop to the docking station, and initially I bought a non-Lenovo USB-C cord that had the feature I wanted (a right-angle plug on one end) and one I didn't care about, but was kind of cool (breakaway magnetic plug). My IT guy had assured me that all USB-C cords were interchangeable, but that turned out not to be the case. Apparently only a Lenovo USB-C plug will work in this application, so I had to buy this much-more-expensive cord that didn't have the feature I wanted. It does work, though, and it is long enough for my needs. I just hate not having a choice. I thought the point of having industry standards like USB-C was to ensure interchangeability.
