No Visio COnf with it

While using Teams or any other program to communicate thru visio, device become hot and hangs, disconneting network... I do not recommand.

Nice little USB-c adapter

For a simple adapter this is pretty nice. I tested this product with my MacBook pro and I think for most people this will have the ports they need at a reasonable price.
The adapter has 2 usb3.1 ports, HDMI, SD CARD reader, USB-C port and Ethernet.
Overall i think everything on this hub works well.
There is a decent weight on the hub which helps to keep it in place. I wish the underside had some rubber or something to keep it from moving around but that is something i find on most adapters and hubs.
The performance was good and I had no issues getting things to work directly out of the box
Overall I would recommend this adapter.

Small and handy

Used this adapter for 2-3 weeks, and so far, I'm satisfied. All ports working as designed.
However, if I use the DVI to HDMI extension for an old monitor which does not has display port or hdmi, then the monitor is not picking up. I am assuming it should work with the DVI to HDMI extension. Other than that all ports are working as designed. No complaints. Overall a good product.

Messes with USB paripherials signals

When using my Logitech wireless mouse and wireless wacom, the USB signal is constantly interrupted by this dock. I can not move/drag-and-drop icons as the mouse keep dropping them because the signal keeps getting cut off by this dock.

awesome functionality, just one little quirk

hi, i am really pleased with the product. on the back of the device it says i have the model DKT30CSDHPD3 (thus the updated one), however when i disconnect the usb C power cable of macbook pro 16 from the usb c port of the startech device, while the startech being connect on my mac, it disconnects for a second or so all the devices connected to it (the mouse stops for a seconds, the usb A thumb drive dissappears from the desktop and reappears in 2,3 seconds, the usb pki card starts again the login process, etc). As i understood this update version would solve this issue. Am i doing something wrong? i wish i didn't have this issue, the product is otherwise so so great.

Very good product, works well with Apple laptops. No driver needed. Also works fine with ipads, but if you want to use the pass through power the Apple 20W power adapter does not make it, you need 30W or even 61W

Perfect for Travel

I use this multiport dock with my iPad Pro. It has all the functionality i need when traveling, displaying films on a TV, Storing documents on a memory stick, reading the files from my camera's SD card. The adapter doesn't get hot like some other branded ones when charging my iPad though it, and feels solid and well built. Highly recommended.
