Ecstatic these crayons exist! (I agree it should get extended to colored pencils!) The different shades provides a perfect opportunity to create open dialogue with my little ones.
I'm so excited to share these with my kindergarten classroom. These crayons will help my students to draw their families and themselves and feel represented in their drawings.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Got a pack for my 11-year-old niece and a pack for myself. Need them in pencils! I’m an adult that getting into coloring and I prefer pencils.
I'm giving these as Christmas gifts this year. Already gifted my BFF and gave her two more boxes for great-niece and nephew. Adults like these as much as kids. They are just a great idea. I love how she immediately wanted to find her skin tone. Fun. Thank you, Crayola.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been 65 years since my 1st coloring experience with Crayola Crayons. In the days of my youth, (1950's) children thought coloring the skin on the people in our coloring books, using any of the primary and secondary colors at our disposal, was perfectly acceptable. To see a person with one green leg,1 yellow leg, purple arms and a bright blue face on the finished page, simply meant that we were using our imaginations. By the time my sons were born in the 1970's & 80's, there was a huge increase in the variety of skin color choices. Still there were many children in the classroom whose skin tone did not match any of the colors set before them. For that reason, I am pleased to see Crayola offer this box of 24 Colors Of The World Crayons. Even more so, when I witnessed the children at my sister's daycare center holding the crayons against their arms or legs to see which of the 24 color shades would best match their skin. I really appreciate that Crayola has continued to maintain a standard of high quality where the manufacturing of their Crayons is concerned. I currently have grandchildren in grade school and I plan to gift several boxes of these Colors of the World Crayola Crayons to each of their teachers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these crayons a while ago. I love that they came out with these. So many different options to color the correct skin tone on people. My kids love them too. They like that they don't have to color every person peach anymore!
