My girls ages 7 and 8 LOVED drawing with these awesome "twisty crayons". These were so much fun and easy to work with. They would be great to bring in the car - no more broken crayons! The girls spent tons of time coloring with these and then "sniffing" their artwork after! Great smells but not too overpowering. Great product - would recommend adding to your Crayola Collection!

The colors glide beautifully and are pigmented without all the extra effort. Twistable- seriously one of the best ideas ever for a crayon. It allows for hours of coloring without any breakage. The scents for these were disappointing however- they all smelled the same and we were trying to match the names of the colors with the box on the back but it was difficult. 5/5 for the crayons 2/5 for scent

Smells delicious

My kids love these twistable crayons. They smell so amazing and they color so smooth. My son age 7 and daughter age 11 are obsessed and now use these twistable crayons faithfully for their art class in school. Did I mention they smell so so good. I Love this product. I received this free product from Crayola in exchange for an honest review.

Scented AND Twistable, two of our favorite things

We were fans of the original line of Silly Scents products, so we were happy to try the new Smashups. We really like twistable crayons for the ease of grip and their resistance to breaking (compared to standard crayons). We loved the variety of color choices and the new combined scents, but did have some trouble differentiating some scents from others as their scents may have merged in the packaging. Overall, we love this set and will enjoy many coloring and art projects with them.

Great crayons!!

He loves twistables because they don’t break in half like regular crayons. He likes that they smell, but the scent isn’t as strong as the silly scents markers. The crayons color smooth and the colors come out bright and great! We would definitely recommend them to everyone!

They smell good without being overpowering. The packaging was a bit confusing and my 9 year old ripped the box when opening them herself. Overall they seem to be high quality and something my kids will use a lot.

We love the twistable crayons so we were super excited to try it these silly scents smashups. As always, the crayons themselves did not disappoint. Easy to use and the color just glides on the paper. So many colors to choose from too. As for the scents, we were a little disappointed. They all seemed to smell very similar. They were pleasant scents, and not like ordinary crayons, but it was very difficult to tell what the scent was. It may have helped if the name of the scents were printed on the crayon itself, but they were not. While these were fun to try, and the crayons themselves are amazing, I would not spend additional money to purchase these for the scents. I would only purchase these for the amazing twistable crayons that they are.

So many colors and so many great scents!!

My 6 year old loves the Crayola twistables and the silly scents made them that much better for her. With so many colors and scents to smell it kept her entertain enough to help out on her long flight home. Initially she started off coloring with markers, but switched to the twistables once she realized that it was easy to color in the coloring book with them. Every time she pulled out a new twistables she would, of course, smell it. They all smelled good which I was surprised by because I was expecting there to be an underlying "Crayon" scent. She likes the twistables because they look more like big kid items than Crayons, so to have them with a scent was a serious bonus. I would recommend this product if your little likes crayons, but wants something more grown up.
