Works nice (in fact really nice, sound is clear and my voice is picked up very weel for dicussions with multiple people). The 3 star rating is because after 2 weeks or so it stopped working completely. I ordered another one and returned the first one to Lenovo. I just hope the next one wont' fail right after the end of warranty...
