Crack too easily so far

I like that you get free replacement ( you have to pay for shipping though) but I have bought two protectors so far and they have cracked from simple phone drops. The third one is holding up so far , so I can update my review in the future.
I do like that the original protector came with a device that made putting on the screen protector the easiest installation ever. However the replacement from their warranty offering didn’t have such a device and it was like installing your typical screen protector which can be hard to align on the phone correctly.

Oops! Upside Down

We like the product but the directions to apply the shield were terrible. I got mine on without realizing that it already adhered. My wife put hers on upside down and now her finger hits that “window” made to go up top of the screen.

The kit comes with everything you need to apply the shield without bubbles. I prefer to do it in the bathroom with hot water running as the steam will minimize free floating dust. This is my second shield as the first one saved the glass after I dropped the phone. So it did it's job.
