This new Roku works so much better than the old one. I should have gotten a new one a long time ago.

I thought it was complicated to manage. But with patience and support from Roku Team, then I was able to enjoy the streaming. Sometimes there would have issues of internet and not streaming but the Roku team is always there even behind the scene to walk you on how to keep your Roku stick to have up and stream again. Thank you.

So many bugs and no support

Issues with volume control and shutting off unexpectedly-changed to Fire with no problems at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Roku is easy to install, just plug it on the back of the TV. Also the remote is is to use has the volume and mute on the side. The voice activation is great. I love it. It was a gift.
