The ordering experience on the phone was excellent. The person who helped me was able to guide me to getting the exact replacement part, even though my grill is quite old. We got cut off, and he actually called me back to complete the order! The part arrived promptly, and I was able to install it easily using the instructions provided. I have a "good as new" grill now.
The igniter kit doesn’t fit my grill. Have tried to install and have discovered that it is slightly different from the broken one. I checked everyting I could regarding compatibility and I am so disappointed that I still don’t have a working grill.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It did not fit my Spirit 330 grill, I returned it.

The igniter did not fit so I reinstalled the old one. The picture of the grill did not match the S-210 that I have(purchased in 2016).
