Every time we have needed a part for our grill it has been so easy. Since this is the second time we've ordered this part (in many years) I had it down pat. When I had to use customer service it was a joy. Nobody made me feel stupid they just got me the info I needed. So glad we have a Weber and the staff that helps us keep it going.

My grill is 11 years old and this is the second time I had to replace these parts. The button did not always work unless pressure was applied from the bottom. Changed the parts out and the gas catcher was really bad, happy it was included. The ignitor looked good and changed it anyway.
While I had the grill apart cleaned the SS cover under the control knobs and rearranged the Flavor Bars and dumped and scraped the grease collector tray. Also checked my gas connection before putting it all back together.
