Best Upgrade Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 2 of them for my 16yr old twin boy’s ..they had the Quest 2’s for about 3 yrs..they say the graphics are so much better..they wear glasses and find the headset is much more comfortable and lighter…I found that getting 512gb is a better value and the extra battery set for longer playing time…the only think I don’t like about them is that I only see my boy’s when their hungry!

But, I got it on Friday, yet ive been using my Oculus 2 instead the past few days..1) The control on the 2 is faster when it comes to using the trigger in competitive games. 2) They chose to use the foam face padding over a rubber one, this is harder to clean..3) This really bothers me, they intergrated the charger port into the head banned which makes it hard to clean. The Oculus 2 I can take it off and out it in the washing machine, it gets dirty overtime, yet Oculus 3 I cant do that..Sometimes im not sure if the people that work there even play the Oculus..So my review, its a good system, but I like my Oculus 2 more sad to say..I still love the 3, and will play it alot, but for competitive games like Ultimechs or zombie killing, I def prefer the Oculus 2 control more sad to say. You would think a next gen system would be better over all..But unfortunately that isnt the case.

Very Good Headset (Battery life could be longer)

Better than Rift S in most ways

- Mixed reality is insanely cool and handy in so many situations, plus the games are very fun
- Wider FOV compared to Rift S
- No Screendoor effect
- Tracking is significantly better

Cons:
- Battery life is abysmal
- Headband is extremely uncomfortable for long periods
- You must pay extra for the same headband that Rift S had, which is much better
- Battery life is genuinely so bad it needed a second point
