Pricing, comfort, ease of use, are all unmatched. The mixed reality features are a massive boon to avoiding motion sickness. This is a must-try device.

I am enjoying my Quest 3 headset. I also still use my Quest 1 and 2 as well. I love the graphics and visuals and the positive experience I am having. I definitely recommend the Quest 3 headset. 5 stars.

Upgrade from meta 2 to meta 3

Love it! Amazing machine in a small package! I did need to upgrade to a diff head strap and bought the meta hand straps (which are great) but I had expected to need these upgrades for my own personal comfort. Love how it easily adjusts for wearing glasses. It is noticeably clearer than the quest 2. The mixed reality feature looks great and adds another useful tool and fun way to experience apps. The controllers feel slightly smaller and lighter. Tracking is great.

I haven't played with VR much besides an older wired headset and just being un-tethered to anything is a huge plus. I'm even streaming games from Steam and the Oculus app as well as playing games installed directly on the Quest 3. Well worth the purchase and the mixed reality is amazing to see.

Best VR headset and great AR performance

I have used the HTC Vive, HTC Vive Pro, and Meta Quest 2. This is by far the best headset I have used. Lightweight, cordless, great visual clarity, and easy to set up and use. I was actually surprised at how good the AR was as well. Still need a killer app to use AR on a regular basis though.
Would have been perfect if they included a premium headstrap and improved the headset battery life.

I love this headset more than my old Valve Index

I love this device! One of the main reasons I got it was for the ability to play PCVR games wirelessly, but I discovered it has a lot of other great features. I love the passthrough because it allows me to do things in the real world without taking off my headset which is very convenient! I wish the cameras were a little better though because it can be a little hard to read the screen of my phone or smartwatch when using passthrough..
The other thing I love about the headset is comfort. I must say that I am not sure about comfort with the default straps because I only tried it once, but when using the elite strap the comfort is great! Really easy to adjust and it sits comfortable on my face.
I'm also pleased with the controllers. I added the active straps and now I really love using the controllers, more so than the Index controllers which are considered to be great. I always found them to be weirdly designed, because the thumbstics were not properly aligned and it made it difficult to point in the right direction. This is a lot less of a problem with the Quest 3 controllers! I really love the wireless charging option if you get the charging station. It just makes things so easy. I never have to worry about changing the batteries.
While playing PCVR games now that Steam Link is available is great, I also like the fact that there's a great selection of standalone games. It's a bit more convenient than having to fire up Steam VR and Steam Link, but the graphics are of course a little worse. I was also pleasantly surprised that there are many opportunities to get a discount on games either through referral links or seasonal sales. This is something I really love about Steam so it's nice to see this in the Quest store.
Overall, I really enjoy using this device, especially the wireless PCVR. It's amazing and so much better than dealing with a cable management system on my old Index. I would definitely recommend this device both to those that want to play PCVR games and to those that don't have a gaming PC an adjust want to play standalone VR games.

Honestly loved the quest 2 but the quest 3 truly is completely better in all the ways! Playing Asgard's Wrath and Assassins Creed right now and they are absolutely insane for VR! The world's have gotten so much bigger and it's awesome!
