First VR and great experience

Love the VR experience especially the mixed reality with pass through.
My favorite app is Tripp. I also enjoy Beat Saber and First Encounters.

I do like the Oculus 3 except for the controllers. I used the little half moon bar a lot on the Oculus 2. The half moon gave me something to hang on to when using my hand for something else.

The Meta Quest 3 is the first vr headset that can do it all with a price that is unbeatable. As a standalone headset you can take your vr/ar experience anywhere you like. As a PCVR setup with link cable and virtual desktop, the experience is incredibly powerful. MQ3 is by far the most fleshed out vr/ar headset with an affordable price.

I upgraded to the Meta Quest 3 from the Quest 2 - It is absolutely cutting edge. The difference is incredible. Games run way smoother, the lens are a HUGE upgrade, over-all comfort of the headset is a major upgrade over the Quest 2. Controllers feel better and have 100% better tracking and motion control. If you're on the fence about it, take it from me that was also hesitant on making the purchase. IT. IS. WORTH. IT!

I love this device! It's light as a feather, I barely even realize I'm wearing it. It has a great game library that I can get lost in for hours on end. I love listening to spatial audio music with it and watching VR videos with it also. Huge upgrade over the previous model.

It’s better. Passthrough still needs work

The mapping of the room is way better. VR is VR. Meta has it down. They need to work on pass through. Oled would be better for blacks. Controls still need some work to make fluid. But the biggest thing that needs work to make augmented reality seem actually real is the pass through cameras. They are weird and grainy. I can’t wait to try apples version. It is so expensive compared to meta. But I with there was an in between.
