I underestimated how much I would love the new Quest 3 it outperforms and outruns anything I could have dreamed of. I just can't wait until all the new games and apps come out designed for the Quest 3.
I would Give 5 stars on comfort because the headset feels GREAT but The strap that comes with it NOT SO MUCH!
The only thing me and 80% of the other people that got the quest three did not like was the strap that came with the headset. You have plenty of options to get head straps made from other companies, me personally I love the BOBOVR M3.
Now the Quest 3 stand alone is as good as the graphics in using the Quest 2 hooked to pc. The Battery does get used up faster but that is expected by using more ram to run these games. However with the last update you can now go into the settings and turn on Power saving mode. Mark my works with in the next 3 to 4 months there will be the best games we only dreamed of on the Quest 2 come out. Also KEEP IN MIND these new games are large GB storage so it is worth the extra few dollars to get the 512GB Quest.
TRUST ME YOU WILL LOVE THE NEW QUEST 3. Also the Graphics are 100% better. once again everyone give these companies time to come out with games Designed for the NEW Quest With all that RAM.

Huge upgrade, but really bad comfort out of box

I love this device overall, but its hard to excuse just how bad it is out of the box in terms of comfort. It does make me wonder how many people try such a device and get a bad opinion of VR comfort based on the out of the box setup. Meta should really consider providing a better out of box level of comfort rather than relying on users to realize how desperately it needs to be upgraded. Outside of the comfort issues the device is nearly flawless. It would be nice to have a little better battery life, but out of box is tolerable. The display and immersion is outstanding. The AR support and new camera system is top notch and run smooth and intuitively. My only piece of advice is to be sure to upgrade the facepiece and the strap because the ones in the box are unacceptably bad.

Set up and the new lenses are really all that is good about it. The Quest 3 still runs slow, games consistently crash and sometimes can’t even download. It’s laggy and there are many bugs. Not worth it

I've been an early adopter of VR. Having owned the RIFT, then the Go, and every Quest since inception. I absolutely love this next generation, Quest. It is far better balanced. The graphics display and color passthrough are amazing.
