the view is a lot clearer but the strap is not also the price is not for having to buy a different one I am loving the pass through and mixed reality, also wished we had vudu back

+ New straps make it easier to slip headset on and off.
+ Deeper headset means I can use with my huge glasses on.
+ Improves passthrough lets me walk around and remain more connected to my physical environment.

- Setting up, connecting and maintain an oculus account is cumbersome. Can't just slip on the headset and play.
- Software leaves much to be desired; not a compelling library that takes advantage of AR.

Overall a pretty big quality-of-life improvement.

Love the Q3 for the visuals/audio but it weighs more than the Q2 and I feel every bit of that weight even after purchasing a new head strap. The original headstrap is super cheap and VERY uncomfortable for a product so expensive. I definitely don’t last as long on it because of the weight. Hoping things eventually improve

Yeah, question three came out and it’s a good system that has better visual affects and your sound is much better. The one problem I have is the controllers or not stable. They move erratically during games.

Hey there Ray! We can see that you're having some issues with your controllers, since the tracking is erratic in general. We would suggest replacing the batteries on the controllers, and then unpairing them from your headset and pairing them back (https://t.ly/sfcXD). Once that's done, you can also wipe the controllers with a dry microfiber cloth, as well as the tracking cameras on the headset. Nice improvements with slightly better gameplay. The color passthrough is so much better than the previous versions of just black and white. It makes for gaming so much greater. The few revision could be improved upon. I can’t wait to see what they come up with next.

Overall like the headset. Obviously would like better graphics and tracking features with future products, but this hits a pretty good sweet spot for the price. I would like to see some standard apps that make integrating with desktop easier, like casting multiple desktop screens to Quest. Also more lifestyle apps to help with other activities, like mixed reality help and tutorials for educating on how to type subjects. Mixed reality for FB messenger.
