Amazing tech with lots of future potential

There were minor hassles, like replacing the default strap (which gave me a headache; the elite strap resolved this), and fighting with the Meta Quest app that refused to recognize the new headset (finally resolved by installing the Meta Quest app on a different Android device).
Despite the hassles and initial price, it was all very worth it to me. It's great for my health (sedentary lifestyles are bad for us; I love that this keeps us moving and exercising). Playing online with others is easy and free. And traveling in VR saves me money on trips that I'm satisfied to skip after having seem them in 3D.

I’m really enjoying my Q3 but there are some things that are frustrating.
1) I wish it were easier to share apps with other members in the same household. We bought 2 units in hopes it would be
2) the battery life is disappointing. Play 2 hours then charge for 2 hours
3) there’s this game (?) called “Play with me” that has been on my dashboard since I first started the unit. It will neither download and install nor is there an option to delete it. I can’t find any info about it online either
This is my first VR system and I like it. The technology is amazing.

Great headset

The headset has great graphics and in my opinion better hand tracking. The quality is really good, it feels a lot more comfortable than the quest 2. My only problem with it is the extended battery not working properly, but that’s not technically part of the quest 3 base

The games are kinda pricey for the content, and some have monthly subscriptions. The passthrough is very grainy and almost hard to do anything.

My kids absolutely love the Quest 3 VR. It’s marked improvement over the previous version and it’s super fun for whole family. The battery lasts long and the graphics smooth and there are no delays. It’s very premium at a very affordable price.

The Right Move

If I had been Quantum Leaped into Zuck in 2014 and made it my goal to bankrupt Facebook with plausible deniability while advancing the tech for the most interesting console type of the 21 century, I would have not done a thing differently. (If I wanted to succeed, of course, I would’ve let people play cards in Horizon Worlds.) Keep up the great work!
