Can't beat it for the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this monitor for over a month now and paired with an RTX 3090, it's absolutely breathtaking coming from a QHD, non-HDR monitor. Gaming is smooth with G-Sync and for games that actually support HDR, just beautiful.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been searching and waiting for a product like this for a very long time. I had a basic 27" 4k monitor that this one replaced, it as an LG but it was only 60hz. I was looking for something that had the same clarity, but with a higher refresh rate and something that has HDMI 2.1 for next gen consoles. This thing is blowing my expectations away. For the price, you're getting HDR600 (not only does it get bright enough to make you squint, but the contrast is great and really shines when watching or playing HDR content), 4k up to 165hz, a cool and fun RGB led ring in the back, thin bezels, accurate colors, and an all around pleasant experience. The HDMI 2.1 works well with my xbox series x, and it has VRR letting my xbox feel buttery smooth. On my PC I use it at 4k 144hz for a bit of extra fluidity (you can overclock to 165hz, but I believe you lose HDR that way) using display port 1.4. The colors are great, the blacks are great (for an IPS), viewing angles are great, the RGB LED ring in the back is awesome especially when using sphere lighting 2.0 on PC (adapts and shines light depending on what's on your screen) which REALLY immerses you into the content you're viewing more than people think. I don't have any gripes with this monitor, especially for the price. The OSC are easy to follow and use, and you can even use the built in FPS counter or crosshairs. I can't recommend this thing enough, it's been amazing!
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After months of trying to buy this monitor, I finally got my hands on it. But once I set up the monitor the left side of the monitor was all static. This was with out any inputs. I was extremely upset over that, luckily got hold of an awesome representative that help me along the way.
I had two options, either wait for New monitor to replace it, which could be 2+ months again or send it in for repair for 2-3 weeks. I am still waiting for my monitor now, hopefully my issue will be fixed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this for about 6 months. It was a fantastic monitor until it kept shutting off. It was still under warranty so I sent it in to be repaired. I was told it was unfixable and I couldn’t get a replacement. Fortunately I got a refund, but now I’m stuck settling for a lesser monitor when I had an awesome one to begin with.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best and ideal Gaming Monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this monitor on the 19th of Dec and received it on the 27th of Dec, delivery was smooth and the packaging was very well and now for the monitor itself, I can say this is the best 4k monitor that runs smoothly on 120hz, I love how I can adjust the monitor by flipping it to portrait mode however the screen doesn't flip sadly but that's not a deal breaker for me considering how vibrant the graphics and qualities are, it pops for sure with crisp and I love how I can angle my viewpoint by having the monitor at a low stance while tilted up (*I'm looking somewhat downwards) which helps game comfortably
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality, easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I searched for the previous generation of this monitor at MSRP for well over a year (the 27GN950-B), after many faithful years from my last LG monitor...finally having a good enough PC to feel stepping up to 4K was almost a necessity and not simply to have a 4K visual that the rest of my system would have trouble keeping up with at max settings.
After meticulously digging through review sites, opinions, and specifications...trying to find the perfect monitor for all my needs, now and further down the road I was far from surprised that I ended up looking at another LG Monitor and refused to purchase any other even as I hunted to find one for retail price--which is by far the biggest issue with this monitor, it is so highly sought after that finding one is almost impossible.
I have to say that it was well worth the wait.
My PC runs both Widows 7/10 as of writing this, most of the software is not (by default) compatible with Windows 7, including G-Sync compatible mode. I have an EVGA 3090 XC Ultra 24GB and even running games on max at 4K without G-Sync I have yet to see any screen tearing or quality loss even while using HDR.
The quality difference between my 1080p monitor and this are like night and day, which I suppose is to be expected...but its not just the resolution, everything from the color to the shadows right out of the box look incredible.
Even with the few minor flaws I have come across like minor light reflection (which in truth may be my lights), and Windows 7 incompatibility I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
The fan is so silent I was unsure if it was even functioning at first and had called LG to ask about the fact, when I did i was reassured if there was any malfunction on my brand new unit they would fix it rather than insist I return it to the place of purchase...but it turned out it was just that quiet fortunately.
There are a lot of gaming monitors out there, this was the only one i found with literally every feature you could want for Intel/AMD/Console all the way down the line and at an extremely affordable price at that. I really couldn't recommend it enough.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good 4k monitor although a little too expensive for what you get. 4k 144-160hz is still difficult to achieve even with RTX 3080. Better going with a high end 1440p monitor is still the better choice in my honest opinion.
