Great for flight simulation

Best monitor for the price

It is hard to find any faults to this monitor - with the 75hz and freesync, it is a buttery smooth experience in games. And this IPS screen is very good for photo editing as well with the RGB color reproduction. I had the same one before in 29" - I have to say this bigger size definitely reduces eye strain. But 34" is a bit wide for FHD - I wish they made this one in QHD and 32" maybe... anyway you can't go wrong with this one.

Don't buy this monitor for dual screen mode!

The quality of the image is decent, but I'm so disappointed in this monitor.
I was wavering between a Samsung and this monitor's ability to connect 2 computers at once and to display both at the same time. While I don't know Samsung's true capabilities, I can say that the LG monitor's dual screen capability is very poor! LG's implementation relies on network transfer. In order to connect 2 computers on this monitor, both computers need to be on the same network. While this seems like a reasonable requirement, if you use a VPN, then the monitor considers the 2 computers as being on different networks. This is far too limiting.
As an alternative, I now use remote control software to control and display the 2nd computer. This works, but it is less than ideal. I could have done this on any monitor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great monitor for secondary workspace

Set up another work desk in the bedroom so i could get some sunlight as my other workspace is in the den. This is a great multitasking monitor and is also a suitable monitor for some media viewing as well.
This is an upgrade from the WK500
I would recommend this to a friend!

A great buy if you need more screen real estate

Got this on Black Friday Sale. Have been using this LG 34" Ultrawide monitor for about a week now. Everything is good and smooth so far. The colour representation is good and it comes with built-in speaker which is handy. I think this is a good monitor for non-gamer. The only thing I am having difficulty with is volume control of the monitor. There seems no easy way to control volume from my keyboard instead of the monitor's control rocker.

Not a gamer but it works extremely well as a work from Home Screen. Better than two monitors. Makes it easy to have multiple documents open and organized during the course of a work day
