Bought this drive - 1TB - to go into a new Dell Optiplex 5090 computer. Very fast, no problems so far. The Dell can't take advantage of the faster SN850 so this was a great comprise of performance, storage size, and price

I have always loved WD products. So far so good on the nmve drive. I didn't get it with a heat sink, but as of yet I haven't experienced any problems with throttling. I have read some articles on nvme's with out heat sinks going bad. At this point i wish i had ordered it with one, but i still love it and hope it lasts me awhile.
