Not for Stainless Steel Appliances

Ugh! It left scratches all over my stainless steel oven's dial range. It looks horrible now, the splashed grease spots looked better. So now I have to figure out how to polish out the scratches.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Scotch Brite Scrub Dots sponges from 3M for a honest review of the product.
I was a little disappointed with these sponges. They are good for light scrubbing without scratching but not for heavy messes.
I'll stick with my Scotch-Brite non-scratch scrub sponges.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sponge it is so easy to use it's sturdy and I use a lot of non-stick pans and this way I make sure that I can scrub them without tearing them up I would recommend it to anybody go out and get one now

Prefer the original mesh-style scrubber

I bought this at my local grocery store (a major chain) because the regular/original blue mesh scrubber-backed sponge wasn't available. I much prefer the original. The dots are not nearly as effective, and I have to work harder to get the same old stuff off my dishes. Please don't get rid of the mesh scrubber style of sponge.
