I bought the drill combo the first battery went out within a year. The other battery went out 6/2018 is this a common thing for this product, plus the batteries never hold a charge long enough to do anything.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not as reliable as my previous 18V model

Bought this package at a great price last May...when using the impact driver it smelled at bit burnt...after another week of minimal use it just died. Brought it back & exchanged it for another brand new Kit. I have since been using weekly and one of my battery packs no longer charges. I will contact customer service warranty, hopefully they will replace it since it has not been 12 months yet?
Still I Love these tools and the Impact is light weight.

Love the combo kit. But not the screwdriver gun. the impact is wonderful. but having problems with the screw gun it makes a loud noise.

My family bought me these for my birthday, and they have come in handy every day. They are durable, have long lasting batteries and plenty of power. Definitely worth the purchase.

I’ve had these products for a few weeks and I have been using them both on a lot of different task I didn’t expect to and they have worked flawlessly effortlessly and I couldn’t be more happier. And the travel tote they came with is perfect and for extra tools too!
