Fresh pasta at home? Yes please!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just got through making fresh pasta with the 7-in-1 pasta attachment for our KitchenAid mixer.
Setup was easy, the attachment snapped on easily to our mixer. My husband made the dough and let it rest like you're supposed to. We decided to go with traditional spaghetti. He fed the handmade pasta dough into the machine to be extruded. It seemed to take a while to complete, but I don't know if that's normal?
The amount he made seemed equivalent to a store-bought box. It fed 4 of us. It came out pretty good... The texture of the noodles were smooth. I'm sure there are a few tweaks needed in the dough. The cooked noodles did have some clumps-- it very well could be the dough. He hand mixed rather than used the mixer. Tasted good though. The attachments are easy to clean and store, and don't take up too much space.. Looking forward to making other types of pasta with this! And even cookies:)
** Next time we will try to use the mixer to blend the pasta dough to see if that makes a difference!

Three Tools in One for Amazing Pasta

Endless possibilities

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I saw that this could make pasta as well as cookies and I was so excited to try this out! My Kitchen Aid mixer is fairly old, probably at least 20 years old, and this attachment fits perfectly. I love how many different options you hahe. You could start your own italian restaurant with all of the possibilities! From traditional spaghetti to fusili, this makes your pasta possibilities endless. I will say, you cannot make chocolate chip cookies because the chocolate constructs the dough from passing through, but you can make others. I will be using this all summer!

It feels sturdy and wee made , and it fits my KitchenAid stand mixer perfectly . The different blades and grinding options make meal prep so much easier , from shredding cheese and vegetables to grinding fresh meat for burgers and sausages . It works smoothy , is easy to assemble and saves a lot of time in the kitchen . A great alternative to buying multiple separate appliances . High recommend
