No Windows Hello

Amazing camera, BUY IT

Great Low Light Improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The primary reason I upgraded from the Brio 4K to the MX Brio is for the improved low light performance. Video quality is good and the built in privacy shutter is nice. However, the removal of the infrared camera to allow it to work with Windows Hello is very frustrating. Thankfully, I can use the fingerprint reader on my laptop instead, but it’s not nearly as convenient as using a webcam.

Best Brio Yet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Between home and the , I’ve now owned three Logitech brio cameras, plus pleny of others. This one is the best by far.
After adding key lighting to my home setup, two of my other camera struggle to get white balance right.
The MX Brio was ready to go right out of the box with good contrast, white balance, and easy configuration.
Time to buy one for the office

Terrible Picture Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was ready to upgrade my 3 year old Brio & ordered the MX. I don’t know if I got a lemon or what but the picture quality was so grainy it was embarrassing to be on zoom calls. I sent it back.

Greak 4k Webcam

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot believe the quiality of this camera at its price point. It is very clear and has a ton of options and features in the G-hub software. Logitech has done it again. The only thing I would change is adding back the face recognition feature like the Brio 4K had. Other than that, I reccomend.

No improvements over the older BRIO (except privacy shutter)

The only difference I can detect is the built-in privacy shutter. That is a nice addition, but underwhelming for a top tier webcam that had years since the previous model to be improved.
