DON'T BUY

I bought this Rubbermaid Reveal mop a few months ago. I loved it....now it will not spray. It works great for a few months then will stop spraying the cleaner solution. Don't waste your money buying this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We do apologize that you are having trouble with your Reveal Mop. Some tricks for use:
1. Run the tip of the bottle under warm water for up to a minute before inserting into the mop.
2. Fill the bottle with hot water and "prime" the mop by pulling the trigger 5-10 times to pump the solution through to clear any clog that may be present.
If you feel your Rubbermaid item is defective and failed shortly after purchase, we ask that you contact our Consumer Services Department toll free at 888-895-2110, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST, M-F.

Needs disposable pads available

This is a good mop. I like the way it works. I can use my own floor cleaning product in the bottle, which is great because I have a fluid made for my ceramic tile floors that does not discolor the grout. HOWEVER, it is a pain to keep having the launder these microfiber pads. Too bad Rubbermaid doesn't sell disposable pads too that fit this mop. I've been using Swiffer WetJet pads, which work okay but are too narrow -- not really fitting the full width of the mop. SO WAKE UP RUBBERMAID -- MAKE SOME DISPOSABLE PADS!!!

Used once, won't function

I thought this was an average steam cleaner at best. But I cleaned my floors with it and put it away. When I went to use it again, it won't even steam. What a waste of money!

After using a variety of applications for the floors in our new home ,this is the only product I have ever sued that has left the floors in perfect condition. I intend to tell my neighbors in our new development about this product.

TERRIFIC REVEAL MOP FOR GARAGE FLOOR

Painted my garage floor to keep it clean. Rain, snow, and dirt had other ideas as cars go in and out frequently. Dirty floor happens frequently as a consequence. BUT REVEAL FLOOR MOP quickly to the rescue as it wipes up dirt and leaves the floor clean and shiny, and using just water in the reservoir! Have extra mops for those really bad days. Best idea ever!

Large sized Mop

I really like the oversized cleaning head on this mop. It helps to get the job done much faster! I also keep an extra microfiber pad handy, since one is usually in the laundry. I am considering getting a third pad because I use this mop so often. The swivel factor is nice and solid too, and works nicely around odd shaped furniture.

Sprayer not working

We just purchased the Reveal Spray Mop put a cleaning solution in the container place it on the mop (with a click). Pulled the trigger (a couple hundred of times) and nothing ever sprayed out of the nozzle. Did we do something wrong?

Convenient

I have been looking for a very long time for a mop that I can use and make my own solution. I have a big dog and his hair as well as his mud that he brings in from outside is terrible.........but the Reveal Mop takes care of both really easy. The large mop head that swivels in all directions is a PLUS as well.........I JUST LOVE IT!!!!!!
