I loved it! Then the sprayer stopped working. So disappointed. And I just bought extra pads for it. Useless now.

Reveal System Review | Recommendations

I previously used the Vileda Flat Wet Mop System with a bucket and floor cleaner for all of my hard floor care cleaning needs. I recently purchased the Reveal to replace the Vileda System and I am 100% satisfied...
Much more convenient than filling a bucket with water and detergent... Just grab the reveal and spray and wipe! I am using the same cleaner i.e. SANI-442 from Sani Marc (Canada) which is a spray cleaner concentrate to be diluted at 2% with water. It works perfect with the Reveal System on hard wood floors, tile and laminates...
The concept of having separate spray bottles and microfiber pads is great! I will fill a separate bottle with sanitizer for sanitizing bath room floors and I will use a separate microfiber for these areas.
Now I see the Reveal System has a microfiber dust mop attachment available, making the system even more convenient... Rather than using another dust mopping tool, you can just tear off the wet microfiber pad and replace it with the dust mopping pad!
My recommendation for future microfiber pads, would be to have different colours available for different areas / applications of use. I would also recommend having a general purpose microfiber pad for regular cleaning and a heavy duty microfiber pad (with medium hardness poly fibers) for scrubbing and hard to clean flooring (grout or tile).
I highly recommend this system...

Piece of Junk

This Rubbermaid Reveal mop is the biggest piece of junk I have ever purchased. Such a waste of money. I had only used it a few times when it started falling apart. Now it's broken in another place...no way to used it...can't hold it together in 2 places and mop at the same time. Looked like such a good product in ad...garbage!

Needs better in-package instructions

I was so close to giving up on this product within the first 10 minutes of use. I could NOT get anything to spray! There are no instructions with the mop, so there was nothing telling me that it'll take keeping the mop upright for a while, then pumping it at least a dozen times before any spray will come out. Finally I came to this website, hoping for some answers. The reviews were the only place I could find realistic instructions. Rubbermaid, UPDATE YOUR PACKAGING! Let people know what it'll take to get it to spray. It really will save you many returns. After it finally started spraying, I was able to really see how great this mop is. The spray covers a good area, and the pad size is wonderful! The relatively thin top part (that the pad attaches to) is great as well, as I was able to get partially under my stove (which hasn't seen a mop in years). Being able to use your own product is such a great benefit. I have animals (one of which has allergies) so its nice to be able to use an all natural, pet friendly cleaning solution. Great job, Rubbermaid, but seriously get your act together with including instructions with the product.

I love my mom, but mine is defective, I mop and the bottom comes of, and I have to snap it on all the time and then the bottle fell of and the long piece that connects into the bottom slips out, what gives, it works if I really baby it, but this is silly..I need to call customer service, I really like the idea of the mop, just wished it was not falling apart, just got it last week...
I would recommend this to a friend!

This product sucks

Bought this mop about two months ago. While trying to mop my kitchen and dining room it broke. The handle snapped off right at the bottem of the base where the cleaner bottle goes in. I can't even fix it cuz, the metal poll inside it. very unhappy with this product now.

I liked the washable pads. It was also bigger than leading brand mops. However I thought the handle on the mop was cheaply made. Every time I squeezed it it felt like it was going to break.

I can not get the spray bottle to spray. I took it back to the store and exchanged for another and the same problem. The mop comes with no directions as to solving this problem. I think it is likely poorly manufactured
