Poor quality

Used for approximately 3 months before the handle broke. Bought a replacement mop that hasn’t worked yet. Attempted to email the company but the email submission form would not work.
Poor quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this mop, BUT......

This is my second time to buy one of these mops, and I do love them so much. But the pumping part seems to quit working. I know both of my mops are over 1 year old, but I feel like there is a design flaw since the same thing keeps happening. Would love to see an upgrade!

My favorite mop

I purchased this mop more than a year ago, and it's still going strong. I really need to replace the little scrubber on the top of the pad, though, and I can't find it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

newer mop bad

used an older one for a few years so it was time for a new one, bought 2, first one did not spray after about 5 pumps on the handle, other one maybe 3 pumps -- bad mop now, couldn't just leave it alone...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Still selling it at Target but discontinued?

Water Leaks

The mop works great for a while until the water from the bottle leaks. It defeats the purpose of the mop.

Stopped Spraying

It worked great for the first 6 months, then the sprayer stopped spraying. I've pulled the whole thing apart and can't find the issue. It sort of sprays but not like it used to, there must be an air leak somewhere. It's pretty much unusable. This is exactly what I was hoping to avoid when I switched from a swiffer mop.
