Was great to start

This is my second one purchased the first one broke only a month after having it but I thought maybe one of the kids helped break it but this time I didn't let them use it at all and not the sprayer won't work on it I cleaned it with fresh water and i though it fixed the problem but nope still doesn't work
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Already broken!

I have bought this mop not a long time ago and the bottle doesn't spray anymore and doesn't stay in place. I'm really disappointed.

I am now on my third mop as the sprayer stopped working in each one of them. I really love the product as you can refill it and wash the mop head, however I'm considering getting a refund.....AGAIN, and moving on to a different product

Broken AGAIN!

This is my second Reveal Spray Mop. I loved the feature that I could put my own cleaner in the bottle and the pad is washable however my first one stop spraying. I bought another one and it stopped spraying within 2 months of purchase. Very disappointed with the product. Through more research several other people have had the same problem with the spray mop yet Rubbermaid hasn't corrected the problem. I would like a refund or a replacement product that actually works!

Worked Well for Exactly Two Cleans

Bought this a couple weeks ago. First cleaning was perfect. Second started to leak and sprayer would either spray without being able to turn it off or not at all. Then it wouldn't even spray at all. I followed a repair how-to guide but was unable to get the piston and suction mechanism working again. This appears to be a pretty common problem from looking at all the comments out there. Otherwise, I like the pad material and the ergonomics but the spray mechanism, while a good idea, seems flawed. Waste of time and money.

Stopped Spraying

My wife and I have also owned this mop for less than a year. For no apparent reason it has stopped spraying after less than 20 uses. A visual inspection doesn't show anything wrong with it. A good looking product that doesn't work as intended for long enough.

Needs a revision on how it hangs

Used to love the mop, however the way it is designed with the plastic loop at the top so you can hang it positions the scrubbing part facing the wall, which causes dirty walls. After only having it for a few months the rubber hook at the top broke, so now I can not hang it at all. So disappointing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Trigger does not work any more

Spray trigger stopped working. I have used this monthly for two years. Have done loved it until it stopped working. Works so wonderfully on tile.
