very happy with this product love the way it get under things so easily and its so lite and I love that you take the pad off and wash it and that I can use my own cleaner.

Mop great but bottle collapses

Have used for one year. As solution in bottle depletes, bottle collapses. It is difficult to squeeze empty bottle back to original position.

I bought this mop with high expectations, used 5-6 times and the trigger now doesn't work,very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good but No Cigar!

I've had the mop for almost a year now. I think it works great. I love how the head swivels and gets into corners and behind things with ease. It works wonderfully on my laminate floors. My biggest complaint is that the cloth doesn't stick to the velcro. After just a few washes it just doesn't stick! I was careful from day one because of that concern but it was all for nothing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Idea but one major issue.

As mentioned by others the spray lever is the major problem. After using for 2 months the spray trigger(lever) would hang up, not reset, pause for a couple of minutes and it would reset. Now its completely non-functional. I have resorted to using a hand spray bottle. If Rubbermaid would finally fix this design problem it would be a great product. Also, minor issue: suggest instruction to lubricate o-ring on bottle to avoid damaging o-ring when re-inserting the bottle after filling. NOTE: at this time I would NOT recommend your product until problem resolved.

On Your Spray Mop

This product is great, this is my second one. I do think you need to improve on the strength of the handle were the spray and the handle meet. I have had both of mine break there after about 6 to 7 months use. That section should be made of a stronger product, it breaks off right at the spot were the shaft joins the mop head. The plastic after a time gets weak. Thank You.

It is a great eco alternative to the ones that have disposable mops, I love that it doesn't use batteries and reusable pads. However the spray thingy stinks, I have to keep removing the bottle and reinserting it over and over for the spray to worl

I really love this mop. The only reason I didn't give it 5 * is that the spray lever keeps having problems. This is my third mom. The 1st one the stick broke. I was scrubbing too much but now they have a scrubber on it. The next one the sprayer had problems right away. This last one has the same problems with the sprayer but I am making due. I wish they would fix that issue an then it would get a 5* for sure.
