Revamp the trigger

I am on my third Rubbermaid mop. Love the convenience and efficiency until the trigger quits working! Rubbermaid surely there is a solution to this problem!

This is my 3rd mop and the triggers keep getting stuck, they ready need to revamp this mop. Also it leaks

WORST MOP EVER!!!!

The refillable bottle collapsed on me (sucker in). So, I went out and bought a replacement bottle and guess what, it did it as well. I have all the extra attachments and hate to buy a new mop but I have to. I have wood floors and 2 dogs. Like I have money to throw around..Rubbermaid I am dissapointed in your product and makes me question your line.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased my reveal mop and the trigger pump is already broken, before I used up my first bottle of cleaner.

Great product

I bought this mop almost 3 years ago and it is perfect. My entire apartment has wood laminate floors and this moo does an amazing job on them. I use it every other week, cleaning 1000 square feet. Love that I can mix my own cleaning solution.

Solution to annoying trigger problem

I use this mop at work, and like many reviews here say, the trigger stops working. It is easily remedied by applying some silicone grease to the pump piston and working the action back and forth. There is too much drag on the seal when the pump is trying to move on the inlet stroke, hence why the trigger gets floppy. Just take it apart carefully, organize the parts, apply grease (a little goes a long way but add more if pump is still sticking), and reassemble. Works like a hot darn now.

Sad to have it break...again.

I loved this mop when I used it at a friends house. Love that I can make my own solution, have extra pads and bottles all filled and ready to go. I bought my first online that same day. Then after about a month the trigger stopped working and one of the bottles started leaking. I was still happy enough about the month it worked to try again. Now my second purchase has stopped working as well. The trigger handle only works part of the time. I'm so sad and disappointed. Please fix this feature. I see that the problem has come up again and again in reviews. If I could trust that it would continue to work I would buy another and recommend it to others. Do I have any recourse for return, replacement or refund?

Great floor mop

I purchased his mop 2 months, work great, except for the bottle is leaking. It seems there is something missing in the cap where the vent hole is located. Receipt was discarded r I would have taken back to the store. I was looking for replacement parts, but not available.
