I bought this 3 months ago and it is already not working. The water does not spray out of the bottle ad the bottle keeps popping out of the holder, So disappointing.

It is a great eco alternative to the ones that have disposable mops, I love that it doesn't use batteries and reusable pads. However the spray thingy stinks, I have to keep removing the bottle and reinserting it over and over for the spray to worl

I've had the mop for almost a year now. I think it works great. I love how the head swivels and gets into corners and behind things with ease. It works wonderfully on my laminate floors. My biggest complaint is that the cloth doesn't stick to the velcro. After just a few washes it just doesn't stick! I was careful from day one because of that concern but it was all for nothing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Mop worked for a few weeks 1 or 2 times a week after three months the pump failed.

When my previous mop was clogged, I replaced it with this new Rubbermaid. Immediately I set to work, to give it a try and was delightfully surprised by the latest improvements. The spray area is much larger. The handy pull tab allows for easier removal for washing it. I am very pleased overall!

simple easy, like being able to use my own vinegar solution, changeable pads so dust mop first (lots of dog hair) then wet mop, like the large head and easy maneouverability

Easy to use

I have had back surgery and wanted a mop that would be easy to use. This was an ideal solution in the beginning, but after about six months of weekly use, the spray nasal began to plug up. I purchased the newer version, but it too did the same thing after time.

I bought this a couple of years ago. The mop has had only light use. I tried using it today and now the handle keeps slipping out of the holder on the head! Very frustrating to have to reattach with every other stroke. I like the product, but it should be more reliable to get me to replace it. Was this issue addressed in the new model?
