Disappointment

Love the concept and loved the mop. I had mine several months, then the squirt trigger developed problems. It squirts once, then you have to push the mop handle a few times before it is in a position to work again. Still using but will not buy another until rubbermaid either ups the quality or reduces the price to match the current quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had my Reveal mop for a couple of years and only now have had problems with the trigger. I'm still using the original bottle and the pads still look and clean well. I'll definitely look into getting another one - if I can find one!

Great idea but trigger breaks

This product was working fine for a few months but this morning I find that the trigger is not working. I liked that I didn't have to buy a new mop head every couple of months and I could use my own cleaner. But for the cost, I did not expect it to break so soon. Very frustrated!

Worked great for the first couple uses then trigger gets clogged EVERY single time, to much of a hassle.

Terrible quality product

I purchased the product 10 days ago from a retailer. After using the product many times to spot mop messes, I was happy with the result. After only 10 days of using it sparingly, the refillable container began to leak profusely. I can no longer use the mop with the container and as such it has become a Swiffer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Handle broke before I had the chance to use it!!

I just bought this last week and went to use it today....the handle snapped after I sprayed and before I went to mop! Needless to say, I'm not happy at all considering how much it cost.

I purchased mine almost a year ago and it still work great, no complaints here. My daughters, who are 10 and 6 love how easy it is to use it.
