I enjoyed using this mop. That is, until today when the handle lost it's grip on the wall and fell over and the head snapped off. Disappointed it wasn't better quality. Disappointed it isn't a part that can be replaced. Disappointed I didn't get my floors finished before it broke. Buy with the knowledge that something simple might render this mop useless. Also, the trigger is sticky and needs time to reset before you can spray again.

After 6 months of use, it no longer sprays. Problem appears to be in the trigger.

Was great til it broke

I loved this mop...even bought 6 more of the pads so I could always have a clean one. Mine is the old style...I just throw them in with the blue jeans to wash them. I haven't found my receipt yet but I bought it I know since the first of the year after trying 3 or 4 other mops that I did not like. I estimate I have used it maybe four or five months & loved it, lite weight, easy to use. I had the same problem that I read in the other reviews of the bottle sucking inside but I remedied that....I just unplug the bottle after each use, loosen the cap a couple of turns & sit it upright on the shelf until the next time I need it. It doesn't suck inside anymore. But, mine broke where you plug the bottle into the collar...down inside the red collar. I went back to Sam's this week but I guess they have quit selling them...so went to Walmart & bought the new style. I will call customer service tomorrow.

I love the way this microfiber pad cleans my laminate floors. However the handle does not last. This is the second one I have purchased that the handle broke. I know I should have known better when the first one broke, but the pads clean really well and my dog sheds a LOT! I wish Rubbermaid would come out with a durable handle.

I was very happy with the mop. The sprayer worked good the pad was durable but the bottle for the cleaner now leaks when I turn it upside down to put it in the mop :( Other then the durability I really liked it

Great mop, when it worked.

Had the mop for two months and it stopped spraying. The bottle was not leaking but the o-ring was stretched so I replaced it. I've tried priming and putting hot water in the bottle to dissolve any possible blockage in the tubing. Nothing works! I get one full spray after initial bottle installation and nothing more. This would be a great product if it worked. Please replace this defective mop.

Works well, but can break.

My husband got me this product about two years ago. I have four cats and a large, muddy dog, so I usually am mopping several times a day. I love the concept of the refillable container and washable pads, since I don't need to continuously buy things for this mop. It works pretty well and makes mopping quick and easy!
The solution bottle started to leak and the handle rusted out, and snapped off completely near the bottom after just under two years. I was disappointed, but liked the mop enough to buy a new one. We will see how that one goes!

Just like almost everything these days, the reveal spray mop that I thought was the greatest, has proved a disappointment. Less then a year after buying, it has stopped working properly. I stored it empty and upside down to make sure it didn't clog but I can barely get it to spray now.
