I have used this product for the last TWO YEARS. I will sweep my "Pergo" floor and then damp mop using this product. The handle and spray bottle work fine. I use plain tap water and the floor look great.
The mop is light weight and easy to maneuver. The busiest room in my house is the kitchen. High activity for a normal family of 4.

I have noticed that my local home improvement store is no longer carrying the replacement 16.5" Wet mop. I just wash mind with soap and water and re-use them like the instructions say on the box.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this mop a few months ago for my beach house. It only gets used in the summer months, so although I bought it a while ago, I just started using it. After a couple of uses the mop head detached from the handle. I tried duct taping it on, but it doesn't stay. I tried to exchange it at Shop rite where it was purchased but they wouldn't take it back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I WAS VERY SURPISED THE HANDLE MECHANISM BROKE. Unable to order replacement handle.

I BOUGHT THE RUBBERMAID REVEAL BECAUSE I LOVED THE CLEANING SOLUTION ATTACHMENT FUNCTION. I USED IT THE 1ST TIME AND ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT, USED IT AGAIN AND CONTINUED TO LOVE IT AND USED IT THE 3RD TIME AND PLASTIC HANDLE BROKE RIGHT OFF. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I WAS ONLY HALF DONE WITH MY FLOOR.

Broke not happy

I thought it was great that I could add my own cleaning spray and reuse the pads but the trigger to spray the cleaner broke and wont spray out the cleaner hardly. We have only used it a handful of times. I would not buy this again and wish I would of saved the box to return and get my wasted money back.

sprayer trigger broke

I really liked the mop... not to happy the trigger sprayer broke. I do not have the receipt or box anymore or I would return it.

I bought one of these for my home and two for the church I clean. I was astounded by the way it cleaned my old, white tile bathroom floors and mud room for the dogs. The pad cleans really well, but all of the spray triggers are faulty, spray once then make me wait a few minutes to spray again. I would love to replace these if the spray trigger can be fixed.
