Need work, sprayer won't work :-(

I bought this and can't get it to spray. I was very disappointed, because I have a lot of Rubbermaid and I thought this would be great for cleaning my floor :-(

We do apologize that you are having trouble with your Reveal Mop. Some tricks for use:
1. Run the tip of the bottle under warm water for up to a minute before inserting into the mop.
2. Fill the bottle with hot water and "prime" the mop by pulling the trigger 5-10 times to pump the solution through to clear any clog that may be present.
If you feel your Rubbermaid item is defective and failed shortly after purchase, we ask that you contact our Consumer Services Department toll free at 888-895-2110, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST, M-F.

Mop Handle Broke

I just purchased my second reveal mop. I had purchased two additional mop pads for my mop when the mop head broke off from the handle. I was just pushing it back and forth when it came apart. The handle is metal, but the connection is plastic. The new one is made a little differently so I hope it holds up better. If not, I will not buy a third.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love it, but sprayer is an issue

I absolutely love the mop, except the sprayer stopped working after about 2 months, and the handle finally broke, so it does seem to be a very weak point. It should have lasted at least a year. Other than that, I love the concept, but probably will try another brand next time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Reveal Spray Mop

This product has been a total disappointment. The rubber seal in the cover dried up and fell apart now it leaks all over the house and won't spray. For what we paid for it I can only tell you never again. I will also discourage anyone I know from buying them. Junk.. pure junk..

Third times the charm?

We are now on our third mop! I thought my husband was just being hard on the mop as the handle had fallen off the first time and I loved the mop. Off I went to get my second mop, to which the handle would squirt the solution out once then you would have to wait a couple minutes before you could spray again. Annoying but eventually worked itself out. Then again while my son was using it the handle broke off again. My husband being the silly man he is went and bought another one (the new one). Now the handle is only letting you spray once every couple minutes again. Grr
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This Mop's a Flop!

Had another brand of T-mop when I saw this one with the spray bottle attached. Bought it, used it and absolutely loved it....for about two and a half months, and then the handle snapped right off where the bottle inserts into the handle. Very disappointed in the lack of Rubbermaid Quality.

Great mop, but....

I've had this mop for less than a year and I really like it. I have the problem where the bottle is collapsed, and I cannot get it to re-expand. This means I can't get the proper amount of water in it. Any suggestions for how to get it re-expand? Was this solved in the "new and improved" version? Otherwise, it does a great job.

I just broke the second one in as many months - both times I was bearing down on a spot in the floor, with mild to moderate pressure, and the handle snapped into.
