Helps keep up with muddy paw prints

I love my Rubbermaid Reveal. It helps me keep up with our two dogs.
My only problem is that the liquid dispenser collapses in on itself. It suctions in so much that it is very hard to squeeze open to refill and looks like it is about to break where it squeezes together. A better plastic would fix this.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent till it broke

I have had this mop 7 months and I love it. It is easy to use and like how quick I can clean up after my 3 sloppy dogs and my toddler. The down fall is it broke while I was mopping today. The base snapped in half and I had to finish mopping on my hands and knees. I don't have my receipt any more and am dissappointed considering I paid a lot for this mop. The spray was also going out on it too recently and took me longer to mop because I had to wait for the spray to fill up. I might buy again but not sure if I have to get one every 7 months. I hope you make the base that hold the stick stronger so it won't snap in half again. I am dissappointed it broke because I really like this mop.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Reveal mop

I bought this for my new wood floor. I usually have good luck with Rubbermaid products.
The fourth time I used it, the handle snapped and it cannot be fixed. I expected it to last much longer than that. I was not happy.

I really liked the Reveal Mop for the few months I had it, but the pole snapped in half on Tuesday while I was mopping the floor. It sounds like, from the reviews, this is a common problem. The wide head makes mopping a large area a breeze and being able to change the microfiber pad out (I got 3 with my mop at Sam's Club) if it gets too wet is another bonus feature. For the money, it should definitely last longer. I would like to replace it, but I don't want the same thing happening again in a few months. It is supposed to save money over the competition #no disposable pads or specific solutions), but I've had the competitor's brand for years without having to replace it and the start up costs aren't too far off. I think the Reveal Mop makes the floors look better and is easier to use than the other brand, but replacing it every 3 months would not be very cost efficient. Of course, I don't have my receipt anymore, so I can't get this one replaced under warranty. If I did replace it, I would be sure to save the receipt!

Great until it broke!

I live in an apartment so this is perfect and very hassle free for mopping.

However...
After a while the fluid container had such good suction, it would collapse in on itself which I think was causing the trigger to eventually only squirt fluid effectively for the first pull every couple of minutes. After a few minutes, another trigger pull would squirt 1 effective burst.
Then the handle broke. Right near where it goes into the plastic section. Grrr.
I like this mop and I wish those design flaws were addressed. I'm pretty hesitant to buy another one though unless those things are fixed. It's almost there Rubbermaid.

Poor Quality

I loved this product until it was about three months old and the trigger mechanism broke. I never had a problem with Rubbermaid products prior to this and did not save my receipt. Foolish me as I can no longer get a refund!

The concept of this mop is perfect! Just what I need. But the bottle leaks all over the place when in the mop and the trigger will no longer spray. I'm so disappointed!
I've had it for about 3 months. If I have to buy a new Reveal every 3 months, it will not be any more cost effective than buying Swiffer pads and solution.
I hope Rubbermaid will make this right.

I have purchased this mop four times and the handle has broken every time. The sprayer quits working. The sprayer clogs. The mop pad falls off. Poor engineering! I have video and pictures of how sad it really is. I'm sorry - I don't like writing negative reviews - however, this is not a good product.
