Good Concept...but bad quality

I have been using the swiffer wet jet forever as long as it has been out; but when I had heard that the solution may be harmful to pets I stopped using their products, but wishing they would come out with something that you could you use your own solution in. I guess rubbermaid beat them to the idea. When I heard of this mop of tv i had to have it. When I finally seen it in the stores I purchased it. Loved it!!!! Best thing ever, but now a month and a half later it stopped spraying. Very disappointment wish it would have laster longer. Maybe ive done somthing wrong in storing it or using it but it comes with no directions what so ever. But if rubbermaid comes out with another model I will certainly try it again!!!! Great Idea.

We are very sorry to hear of the problem you are experiencing with your Reveal Mop.
If a waxy cleaner was used in the mop, it may have clogged the sprayer or the reservoir of the mop. We suggest running the spray nozzle on the mop under hot water to clean it, and run hot water through the reservoir to remove the waxy build up.
If this does not fix the problem with your mop, or a waxy substance wasn't used and the mop stopped spraying, we ask that you please call our Consumer Service Department at 888-895-2110, Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm ET.

I clean homes everyday and the reveal worked great for about a month. Loved the ease of cleaning wood floors with it. Have to say that the solution finally clogged the sprayer and doesn't work now. Yes, I ran hot water through it several times and to no avail still clogged. Then my engineer husband took it apart and found the clogged area but the part couldn't be broken down any more and the tube too small to get unclogged with anything. SAD :(

I used this mop for the first time today. It's headsabove the major competitors that I have also owned. I love that I'm not adding to the landfills with disposable pads and using my own soap at the strength I feel is needed. I like the large mop head, the obsorbent pad, and the pivot flexability. It will pay for it'self in no time if it holds up.I mostly used it on hardwood. I highly recommend!

I love this product I recently switched to an all natural cleaning product but didn't want to do a mop and bucket, so I had originally modified a swiffer but realized it's not nearly as good as this and much cheaper because I can just wash the mop when I'm done. Awesome product!!

Wonderful but leaky

I love this mop and I do not enjoying cleaning -- however, mine is leaking. There does not appear to be anything broken, the spray bottle is properly aligned and the solution dispenses normally.
Anyone else having this issue? I am wondering if you are not supposed to leave the bottle attached?
The review would have been all fives if not for the leaking cleaner..

If the mop is stored so that the mop head faces up (with the pull trigger closer to the floor) the mop reservoir may leak. Storing the mop upside down can cause the liquid remaining in the mop to drain.
Also, if the mop leaks during use, please make sure that the bottle top is screwed on completely and that the bottle is snapped firmly into the mop.

I can't say much more then that. I just picked up this item at our local hardware store today. I'm probably one of the first in my city to receive it. I've been waiting since last Fall for this item to arrive in Canada and it finally arrived in our town. My old sponge mop doesn't even compare to this unit. The Reveal Mop cuts my time in half and actually makes cleaning the floors fun. Great product!
