Great When It Works....

Like others, I love this mop in theory but have the issue of the trigger not spraying properly. It will spray once, then take 30+ seconds to ‘reload’....if you’re lucky. If you have carpal-tunnel, this issue will aggravate it when you’re using the mop.
The concept is great and I love that it doesn’t take batteries, but I can’t recommend it due to this defect being so incredibly common. I feel very disappointed that I spent money on this product that Rubbermaid surely knows has a design defect. Wish I had some kind of recourse for reimbursement because I still need a mop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So sad...

I bought this mop a little while ago and absolutely loved it. So easy and convenient. The refillable bottle is great. I misplaced my cleaning pad while packing to move and had just purchased a new pad. I was loving being able to use my mop again when it stopped spraying. I can get about half of a spray and then nothing for a long time. I have looked for fixes online and all of them require taking the pump mechanism apart, which I'm not sure I'm able to do. I think this mop is a great idea and when it worked I would have given it five stars. Now I'm just really sad about this.

Favorite mop for professional cleaner

I use all types of mops at work. This mop is by far the best besides steam ones. Cleans all surfaces, put whatever is needed for floor type in, compared to other brands does not need replacing as much. I wish the pads were cheaper and more options with different scrubbers but highly recommend this one to all my clients hands down.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stopped working.

I have only had this mop for 3 months. The O-ring on the spray bottle stretched out and that started leaking, and the sprayer quit working. I bought Rubbermaid because I've always thought they were such a good brand. I have to buy a new mop now but I don't think I'll go with Rubbermaid. I loved it while it worked.

Doesn't Spray

I bought the older version of this mop and it just stopped working. So, I decided to buy this new and improved one.. The sprayer stopped working in less than 3 months. I tried to see if I could take it apart in case for some reason it was clogged. No such luck. I'm pretty upset because I invested on two of them and ordered extra pads. I bought this for the Rubbermaid name :(

Bad spraying mechanism

Just like spray bottles, the pump gives out. I've been thru 2 of these mops. You need to rectify this problem. Seems like the only complaint people have. It's worthless if you can't spray out the cleaner!!

Cheap quality

I bought this mop a few weeks ago and the spray trigger broke the first time I used it. Terrible quality! I have my receipt but I don't know if the store will take it back.

Love it, but there are issues

I used to love this mop. So much so that I got my sister and mom to both buy one as well. Mine no longer sprays and the bottle is all sucked in in the middle. I used to be able to unscrew the cap to fix that issue, but it gets annoying after a while. That no longer works either now though. I truly loved this option over the swiffer, but they definitely need to work out the kinks on this one.
