I clean houses and it made all of the people I clean for buy one of these mobs and have been extremely satisfied. Because I can put whatever solution I want in the bottle to clean whatever type of floor. I've actually laughed because I have sold so many of them I ought to get a commission from Rubbermaid haha The spray problem I believe is like a bubble burb for the mop, wait just a moment and handle lever will pop back. Never had a leak issue.. I do remove bottle to store separately to preserve bottle washer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Loved the first one I bought and gave it away during a big move. Purchased a new one and haven't even used it for a month and the sprayer does not work anymore. Tried everything to clean it out or get it going again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The trigger stopped working and I see a few others have the same problem. Does anyone know of a replacement part?

Works great except for one thing....can't get the

I've had this mop for a while and it's the easiest and most efficient mop I have used and I've used all types But, when it's time to refill the bottle with solution,I cannot get the bottle off. This happened once before and it finally came off but now again I cannot get it off. So I've been using a spray bottle with my liquid in it and spraying as I go. I will try the new versions because unlike one reviewer said, it does get my floors clean with little effort.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was SO EXCITED to find this mop! Finally, no more buying pads and special cleaners! I had the convenience of filling MY OWN cleaner as needed. And not to mention the washable cleaning pad. Thought this was definitely a money saver in the end run! Considering it was a lil pricy, but an investment I figured. Especially since I have wall to wall hardwood floors!!! WELL.. boy was I WRONG!(SO SAD)!The mop leaks when I'm finished, leaving a nice "cleanup bleach" stain on my hardwood floor! (Had I known. I def. would not have left it propped up while I finished cleaning!)With it leaking prior to me finally figuring it out, that it was leaking, I've gone through countless bottles of cleaner! $$ no money saver there! Now, the lil sprayer will not spray! After shaking it trying to get it to come out, it now just SPITS out shaken up bubbled cleaner! So now I have to spray cleaner on floor, then dry mop with it! Its practically worthless! I am soooo disappointed! Especially it is ONLY 2 MONTHS OLD!!!!! I will be contacting Rubbermaid next!

Worked Great ... for a while.

I've had the Reveal for almost a year, BUT, I only use it, really, about twice a month. It still looks brand new! However, the bottle cap now leaks the water all over the floor - I can't figure out why.

I've had this mop for a months and it it was working so well I bought my dad one, but unfortunately now mine has become useless because the sprayer has stopped working.

I miss my mop!

I bought my mop 3 yrs ago. It took 6 months for the sprayer to freeze, then about 6 months before the sprayer stopped working altogether. You're probably wondering why I'm telling you this now... It's because I kept using it until last month: mop in one hand, spray bottle in another. I gave in and have bought 2 mops, neither of which I like. They have neither the weight, pad, or spray that I liked such as the REVEAL. Please fix that trigger so I can buy another.
