Terrible Product

I buy a lot of Rubbermaid products, and have never had any problems, until now. I purchased this product as I am on disability and was in desperate need of something with these features. It worked great for about 3 months, then the bottle squashed itself into a sunken state so only spays out the first inch of liquid, the trigger handle is sticking and doesn’t always spray right away either, but it was too late to return. I can’t afford to buy a new one. I know a lot of people having the same issue, which makes me think that your team took their eyes off the ball on this one, these should have been better tested before being released. The biggest selling point for me over the completion was that it was Rubbermaid brand and the pad design and size. Very frustrated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stopped working.

I have only had this mop for 3 months. The O-ring on the spray bottle stretched out and that started leaking, and the sprayer quit working. I bought Rubbermaid because I've always thought they were such a good brand. I have to buy a new mop now but I don't think I'll go with Rubbermaid. I loved it while it worked.

Great mop but

I bought this mop a little over a year ago and the spray stopped working yesterday. Very disappointed. Going tomorrow to but a different mop and brand.

Super for all my hard floors

I bought a new Reveal mop to replace my old Reveal mop, which worked well for years. My new one features a scrubbing pad, which is a nice improvement. However after I hung it up last time, the air was sucked out of the refillable bottle and it squeezed itself into a shape that no longer hugs the handle. The bottle from my old one does not fit the new one. Where can I get a replacement bottle?
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this less than a year ago and it stopped spraying. Very disappointed since I rely liked it .i have recommended it to my friends and family.

Design flaw

I have purchased three of these mops over the years because I love how easy they are to use and how nicely they clean my wood floors. I even recommended the mop to various friends who have also purchased them. The only concern I have is the spray part stops working and then I am left with just a mop I then have to use a separate spray bottle to put solution on the floor. Your advertisement says new and improved does that mean you fixed the pumper/spray part?
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Mop while it works

This ia about the 4th time I've used mine & I loved it. Today the sprayer quit working. Quite upset & looks like I'm not the only one. There is a serious design flaw w/ the sprayer unit. Very disappointed.
