Great until it isn’t...

Bought two of these - one for home and one for the office. Within a month, the one at the office was broken. At home it was a great tool. Made mopping so easy. Within about 6 months it started leaking when you pull the trigger. I opened it up and the hose that attaches to the “funnel” was split. It’s obviously way too small. To boot, the plastic screw holes were all stripped when I went to put it back together.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had an earlier iteration of this mop for three years. Admittedly we didn't use it that much (we both hate mopping), but the handle finally broke. Because we had so many of the extra pads, we decided to buy it again despite the poor reviews. We also assumed that the "new & improved" meant that they had fixed the handle issues. We bought it on Saturday (yesterday) and my spouse decided to mop today and the handle snapped 10 minutes in. Please note, he is not Hercules. We will not be buying another!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great mop!

I bought this mop and it is so easy to use. I like that you can use any solution in it you want. You throw the pad in the washer and it washes well and doesn’t shrink. I can mop all of my floors in 15 minutes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Now on our fourth one ... the spray triggers keep snapping off. How do you buy replacement parts or can you?

Bad spraying mechanism

Just like spray bottles, the pump gives out. I've been thru 2 of these mops. You need to rectify this problem. Seems like the only complaint people have. It's worthless if you can't spray out the cleaner!!

newer mop bad

used an older one for a few years so it was time for a new one, bought 2, first one did not spray after about 5 pumps on the handle, other one maybe 3 pumps -- bad mop now, couldn't just leave it alone...

Doesn't Spray

I bought the older version of this mop and it just stopped working. So, I decided to buy this new and improved one.. The sprayer stopped working in less than 3 months. I tried to see if I could take it apart in case for some reason it was clogged. No such luck. I'm pretty upset because I invested on two of them and ordered extra pads. I bought this for the Rubbermaid name :(
