Great mop but it always breaks !!

I am on my 4th reveal mop. I love it when it works but it is just not durable & ends up breaking! I expect more from a big company like Rubbermaid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looked good when I purchased it in 2018 but....

It worked great at first but didn't hold up. Now it leaks all the time. I took a close Lidoerm under the solution bottle and it appears (at least) the gadget that allows air to flow in when the solution is pumped out is torn. It may be the release valve but I cannot be sure. I thought perhaps, I could order a replacement lid but instead had to order an entire new solution bottle and I optimistically ordered two. It appears many people have complained about how the product doesn't hold up. Mine barely lasted about a year. It new bottle don't do the trick I will not be ordering this product again.

Love this mop...when it worked

Absolutely one of my favorite household tools. The problem I have had (ongoing for quite a while, but I'm just seeing I can leave a review for it) is the bottle that you fill has vacuumed itself almost completely flat and while it still works it's annoying to have to try to pop it back out when I want to use it, but it doesn't really pop back out. It's basically stuck in a flat pancake and I can't add as much cleaning solution as I would like.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this product but.....

I've had my Reveal for years but it leaks terrifically now. If I could replace the silicone ring in the cap it would be back to perfect and deserving of 5 stars. Otherwise I'll switch to another brand, although I would hate to.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awesome, would not be without. We’ve been using this for quick cleanups for a few years now. Still operates perfectly. Perfect for between full-on mop and wax jobs.

Bought this thinking it would save my back! Worked a few times then the bottle started leaking all over floor. Check the bottle and the mop. Don’t know why it started leaking. No instructions on what to check.

Broke in just a couple

I bought this a couple months ago. It worked well until one day it just broke. the liquid leaks out the back.

Disappointed in Rubbermaid

I have had 2 of these now and hoped the 2nd one would be better. Not so, both of the bottles sprung leaks all over the basement floor. Was there ever a recall ?
