Worked great at first.

Bought this about 2 months ago and it worked awesome!!!! It’s quick and easy for the little spills with 3 kids. But now it seems to have stopped working which form the reviews it seems to happen a lot. Hopefully you will fix this issue so I can buy a new one!! It’s intention is much better than a swiffer!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great until bottle leaked and wouldn't hold fluid

We've had this item for a few months, now all it does is leak all over the floor and not spray correctly. I love the pads, but it is unusable and DISCONTINUED! How was I able to purchase this then?

Was the best mop I’ve owned until the sprayer trigger started sticking, I tried a new bottle just in case. Now I can’t find a replacement and have lots of accessories. ;(

Great Mop

I have used this Mop since the day it came out. I have sent a note to customer service, why? Because life as I know it has ended! I love everything about this Mop, and I can no longer find it ANYWHERE. WHAT WILL I DO NOW.??
I am a one person business owner that cleans residential/commercial properties and have done so for 31 years. When I find a product that works. I keep it!
Reading all the other reviews, and the problems listed, I am surprised. Because like I said I have used this Mop for YEARS and have had NO ISSUES. The only reason I need a new one is because I use it on 2-3 places/5 days a week, and simply wear it out! The convenient scrub pad on the front gets so much use...well, it can’t last forever! That’s just about it, the only problem I have. Oh....and I do need new pads! They get worn as well from so many washings. And I do use bleach for disinfecting. So yes, that does wear them. SO....I NEED RUBBERMAID TO TELL ME WHERE I CAN BUY THESE! Please tell me it isn’t being made anymore! I hate the swiffer...Bona "likes" their ALOT. (Meaning, they want far too much $$$) and I plain don’t like any of the other products!!

Need to hang the mop

I bought the "new and improved" model and would suggest that you re-consider the decision to remove the loop that allows the mop to be hung from a hook.
I would recommend this to a friend!

great Concept Poor Quality

The mop works great when it works, but it stops spraying after ony a few months, and it was not used daily in those few months, I would say you get about 6 months to 9 months of use out of this thing, if you use it daily it will probably be less than that. I will be looking for another company because these mops are pricey to have to keep replacing every few months. I have to find one that has better quality.

LOVED this mop. I had the first one for about 6 months and the handle started sticking. Thought it was just a fluke and I loved it otherwise so I bought other one. Nope now this one is sticking too after about 5 months. So sad cause liked I said I really loved this mop other wise.

Leaking :(

I love my mop! But my bottle of cleaning solution is constantly leaking out of the mop.
