Second one I've had

This is the 2nd one I have bought. Love the convenience of it but both have had the same issue. After a few months, it's almost impossible to get the bottle out of the mop. My husband is 6'2" and 210 lbs and very strong and he struggles to get it out. I have to stand on the mop head and pull with all my might. As I said, I love the convenience but I am just not strong enough to change the bottle. That's crazy since I am in pretty good shape and still run 3 miles a day at 52 years old. Not sure why the bottle comes out easily for the first few months and then all of a sudden I can't use it any more.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

DO NOT BUY-SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

The product is defective which is apparent after seeing the hundreds of one star reviews on this site. I wish I had read the reviews earlier. The mop does not spray. I had a rig that worked for a awhile where I would run the part that sprays under hot water and it would temporarily work again. Even though this was extremely annoying, the product at least worked temporarily. Now, my trick doesn't work anymore and I can't do anything to get the mop to spray. I will recommend to family and friends to avoid this mop at all costs.

Spray Fails to Work

Not long after purchasing this mop I noticed that the spray not consistent and finally it has failed for no obvious reason. Unlike others posting problems the bottle is easy to remove and it does not leak.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great at first.

I bought this for it's versatile use and it worked great for awhile. Then just like everyone else says it starts pouring out of the bottle. I'm glad I noticed before it ruined my floor. This must be why it was discontinued.

I bought this month 4 months ago with extra pads and bottles. Only to be disappointed at its durability. The spray portion stopped working.

After only 2 months of use, the bottle constantly leaks. I can’t even mop a room with out me having to refill any times.
