Great Features but quality is a problem.

I love Rubbermaid products so I gave the Rubbermaid Spray Mop a try. I loved it but the durability and quality didn't meet my expectations because the cleaning solution stopped moving through the lines and spraying, which resulted in a broken spray lever. We are sadly without our Rubbermaid Spray Mop. This problem is the only reason I gave it a 4 star rating...otherwise, I would have gave it 5 stars all the way! I thought I would check out the website and notice the product is new and improved. Was the problem a manufacturer problem and the product replaceable? Is this the reason for the NEW & IMPROVED? Please let me know, I would like to have mine replaced. Thank you.

Quality is just OK

Have had the Reveal for about 2 years. No leaks like many others have had but today the plastic connection snapped off where the metal handle joins the gray plastic housing. Otherwise, it performs well.

Best household mop

Bought this mop month ago. I have been in the cleaning business for decades. So I am very picky about what I use at home. And I have had every kind of mop over the years. I was skeptical about this one because I haven't been impressed with all the other types. Took a chance on it. And I LOVE this mop. It's not just a dust mop. I use it to thoroughly clean my floors, hardwood, luxury vinyl, tile. It has a 360° handle. So can be used in any direction. Feel like an old time string mop that goes in side to side motion as well as verticle motion. Give it a try. Not expensive
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worked great to start then didn't work at all

Thought had found such a great product and truly loved it when it was working. So much so that both my Mom and I purchased one. Then almost at the same time both of ours stopped working. The spray didn't' work anymore, the release trigger got stuck, and it would leak out of the bottom. So disappointing!! I actually did manually spray cleaner for a bit and use the mop but like other reviewers have mentioned, that defeats the purpose. Unfortunately there is flaw in this product so if your looking for a short term investment then its great. If you want something that lasts you'll want to find an alternative.

Great until spray did not work anymore

I was really happy with this product until the spray stop working, it was very disappointing because I spent money on new bottles thinking that it could be that the problem but no it did not work anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my 2nd one as the first stopped spraying. This one has now decided to not quit spraying. I have 6 mop pads so I don't want to switch brands. Help!

Leaks

Good, but need a new scrubber and can’t find replacements. Scrubber doesn’t last long.
