I owned one of these mops several years ago before selling my home. I was in my mi-late seventies, raised seven kids but never had a mop like this. So easy; use your favorite solution; use as much spray as you want and it just glides picking up soil. I had used a well known brand of mop with their solution, using batteries & new pad with each use. My floor had lots of black specks. After using RM mop, I realized this was dirt; within a month my floors looked like new. I purchased this mop for my daughter.

easy to use....

problem I have is the rubber O ring on bottle gets stretched after a few times refilling, then leaks as O ring does not seal. I tried using pool lude for O rings on pool pumps, not much help. small scribber pad gets worn and needs to be replaced. I'll have to go with Swiffer wet mop next purchase unless Rubbermaid sold replacement parts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Mop stops spraying

I loved the mop the first few months, but then it stopped spraying. I'm not gifted enough to take the mop apart and try to fix the innards. I saw a post online where it can be done. I would like a replacement of some sort, or coupon toward a new mop that works more than a few months.

Both stopped spraying within a week or two. I liked it so much I took a chance and purchased another one. It stopped working today. Great concept, poor execution.

Great idea but quality needs improvement

I keep repurchasing these mops - but like all other reviews after a while they either leak or stop spraying. I’ve spent a lot of money re-purchasing and think might be time to look for an alternative. They are great for porcelain tiles and I love the mop I just wish it was more durable.

Great Product

We have had this for 6 to 8 months works great but now it has started to leak and causes a big mess it seems that the bottle plunger on the inside has a fault I would just buy the bottle but can not find it
