Great mop but

I bought this mop a little over a year ago and the spray stopped working yesterday. Very disappointed. Going tomorrow to but a different mop and brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the product but ...

Now on our fourth one ... the spray triggers keep snapping off. How do you buy replacement parts or can you?

Great mop!

I bought this mop and it is so easy to use. I like that you can use any solution in it you want. You throw the pad in the washer and it washes well and doesn’t shrink. I can mop all of my floors in 15 minutes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had an earlier iteration of this mop for three years. Admittedly we didn't use it that much (we both hate mopping), but the handle finally broke. Because we had so many of the extra pads, we decided to buy it again despite the poor reviews. We also assumed that the "new & improved" meant that they had fixed the handle issues. We bought it on Saturday (yesterday) and my spouse decided to mop today and the handle snapped 10 minutes in. Please note, he is not Hercules. We will not be buying another!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great until it isn’t...

Bought two of these - one for home and one for the office. Within a month, the one at the office was broken. At home it was a great tool. Made mopping so easy. Within about 6 months it started leaking when you pull the trigger. I opened it up and the hose that attaches to the “funnel” was split. It’s obviously way too small. To boot, the plastic screw holes were all stripped when I went to put it back together.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It was good while it lasted

I had this mop for only a couple of months when it started leaking all over during use. I have not had time to take it apart to try to find out where the leak is coming from. Disappointed, I thought it should last longer than this. I no longer have my receipt so can't even return to store.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best mop ever, almost!

My brother recommended this mop; he uses it on construction sites. It worked amazing on my new ceramic floors. Only mop that didn’t streak and I tried numerous moos. Unfortunately refillable bottle collapse and I couldn’t find replacement. I bought another just in case it was a fluke because it was so perfect

Bottle leaks all of a sudden
